Cyber Security Architect

Overview

Cyber Security Architect – Energy Sector — 2 year fixed term contract role. 2 days a week in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Become a technical advisor / expert to the Cyber Security team, IT teams, business and project teams to maintain a high level of cyber security compliance.
• Provide continued technical guidance to support day-to-day activities and projects across the cyber and IT domains.
• Apply a broad range of technical skills across the IT discipline, with experience in OT preferred.
• Understand and advise on how to technically achieve and maintain compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a broader contributor to the Cyber Security team, not a low-level specialist focused on a single technology solution.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Broad range of technical skills across the IT discipline; experience in OT is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cyber security principles and how they can be applied via technical solutions and technical decision making.
• Good understanding of risk and compliance; ability to advise on how to technically achieve compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a technical generalist and contribute across multiple areas within the Cyber Security team.
