About The Role

We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the COO and leadership team in planning, documenting, and executing key initiatives across our products. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role combining elements of business analysis, project management, and product support. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into actionable plans, tracking progress, and presenting insights to leadership and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys varied responsibilities, and wants to have visible impact on both internal operations and client‑facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements across teams and projects.
  • Develop and maintain product development plans and roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of PowerPoint decks, reports, and presentations for board, leadership, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver client‑facing presentations, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and project plans to support transparency and decision‑making.

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, or product support, ideally in startups or fast‑moving environments.
  • Past experience in financial services, particularly financial markets, is highly desirable.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, data analysis).
  • Experience supporting product development, roadmaps, or project planning.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Ideal Experience

  • Exposure to early‑stage startups or high‑growth environments.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management or agile project delivery.
  • Interest in technology, data, and operational strategy.
  • Experience preparing materials for board or investor presentations.
  • Experience building client‑facing materials and presentations.
