Job Summary
We are seeking a forward‑thinking Regional Commercial Manager to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of mixed‑tenure and partnership‑led housing schemes. As an integral part of the regional commercial leadership team, you will shape commercial strategy, provide hands‑on oversight across key projects, and support the continued growth of a high‑performing, collaborative commercial function. Your influence will help ensure robust commercial governance, strong financial performance and successful project delivery across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Support the team to deliver accurate cost control, financial reporting, subcontractor management, risk identification, valuation processes and effective contractual administration.
- Play a key part in shaping regional performance and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Qualifications
Experience as a commercial leader looking to make a tangible impact at a regional level.
