Your Role
The Asset Data Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with ADSL’s Management System and QHSE policies and procedures throughout the area of responsibility.
- Collating, updating and maintaining an accurate asset database in line with ADSL’s procedures and processes, including the management of maps, drawings and asset plans.
- Ensuring completion of the Estate conditioning survey programme to identify and justify lifecycle project works.
- Ensuring that all roads, hard standings and associated infrastructure are surveyed in line with company policy.
- Ensuring that the Acceptance Use for the Estate is undertaken and that all data relating to new and changed assets is captured.
- Liaising with the Maintenance Teams regarding the status of assets post maintenance activities and any asset changes.
- Populating and managing the Risk Escalation process for lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Industry recognised qualification in Engineering, Building Services or Facilities Management, and a recognised technical body membership is essential.
- Experience: Experience managing commercial or government asset portfolios, data management knowledge, understanding of surveying large, complex estates, good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and proven line management experience.
