Interim FP&A Manager – Oxford (Hybrid)
Working with a high-growth energy data analytics business looking to appoint an Interim FP&A Manager to join their team in Oxford.
This is a central role within the finance function, supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance insight as the business continues to scale.
The position will involve:
- ownership of financial performance across revenue, cost, utilisation and profitability
- partnering closely with senior stakeholders
- improving reporting through automation and dashboards
- supporting scenario planning and commercial decision-making
- working alongside data and engineering teams to strengthen insight capability
I’m particularly keen to speak with qualified accountants (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong modelling skills and experience using Power BI and planning tools such as Anaplan or Jedox.
Experience in PE-backed, SaaS or data-led environments would be especially valuable.
Hybrid working from Oxford.
