As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting ambitious individuals to join our Leeds‑based team as Executive Search Consultants. This opportunity is ideal for graduates, entry‑level candidates, individuals with sales or client‑facing experience, or recruiters seeking a new challenge within executive search.
The Role
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will work on high‑impact recruitment and advisory projects, gaining early exposure to senior stakeholders and complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with clients to understand their business objectives and long‑term talent strategies
- Researching, identifying, and engaging senior‑level professionals across specialist markets
- Conducting in‑depth interviews and candidate assessments
- Managing recruitment processes end‑to‑end, from initial briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
- Building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates while developing deep sector expertise
