The Role You’ll be at the heart of the showroom, providing expert advice and delivering a first-class customer experience. From helping customers choose the right products to ensuring smooth order processing, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and maintaining high standards.

Deliver exceptional customer service at all timesConfidently assist customers with enquiries, orders, and product adviceBuild strong product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions and alternativesMaximise sales opportunities through upselling and product matchingProcess orders accurately and efficientlyResolve customer queries to a high standardMaintain showroom presentation, ensuring displays are clean, priced, and well organisedSupport stock handling, deliveries, and general warehouse dutiesAssist customers with loading products when requiredContribute to stock takes and general store operations What We’re Looking For
