Description
As aData Administrator, you will support the Performance Team helpingto drive exceptional performance levels across the business. You will utilise a range of tools available, including PowerBI andExcel, to ensure data is accurately collected and collated allowingthe team to report daily, weekly and monthly on contract andcompany performance.
Working with the Performance team, this rolewill review the capture and collection of data with a view toproactively driveimprovements.
KeyResponsibilities
We are looking forsomeone to:
- Ensure return of all mains test certs, service cards andVynn submissions and other MOD plus forms
- Manage close out of snagging issues post As Laidsubmission
- Support the team withadministrative duties to help performance improvement; ensuringprocesses and reports continually monitor the contract performanceacross a range of metrics.
- Compile monthlypress release information on behalf of the customer.
- Collect and collate the performance data with a view toidentifying trends and areas that need to be targeted forimprovement, including performance of the contracts for all keyworkstreams.
- Create reports for the leadershipteam, these report the performance of the contract against theagreed SLAs and KPIs.
Experience andQualifications
- Use of performance reporting and analysis tools, such asPowerBI and Excel, is essential
- Highlycomputer literate – able to write Macro’s / Pivot tables / reportsas required
- Familiar with presentationtechniques to show trends and findings
- Bewilling to learn and be upskilled in the roles / functions withinthe Team with a view to being multiskilled in all aspects of theTeam’s roles / functions to ensure that the Team can provide coverfor each other during holiday periods etc
