Position: Software Engineer Type: Contract Compensation: $40–$63/hour Commitment: 30+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Configure development environments to support open-source projects in Rust.
• Resolve dependency issues across various codebases to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure all tests pass consistently across different environments.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with the AI research lab to optimize environment setup processes.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Expertise in Rust with 2+ years of industry experience.
• Familiarity with setting up development environments.
• High attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Strong industry experience.
