Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role will involve working closely with our financial advisors and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client documents

– Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes

– Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for account maintenance and transactions

– Monitor and update client accounts and transactions in our systems

– Prepare and distribute reports and statements to clients

– Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

– Maintain accurate and organized client records

– Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating events and managing social media accounts

– Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements

– Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

– Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services or administrative role

– Strong understanding of financial products and services

– Excellent organizational and time-management skills

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– High level of attention to detail and accuracy

– Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance is a plus
