Salary & Benefits£25, – £30, (depending on experience)27 days annual leave + bank holidays (including 3 days for Christmas closure)Hybrid working available following trainingFlexible working hours between 7:30am – 6:00pm (7.5 hours per day)Core hours: 9:30am – 4:00pmCompany laptop providedPension contribution (4%)Private healthcare schemeAnnual bonus potentialThe RoleYou will provide high-quality, accurate administrative support across the business, helping to ensure everything runs efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Acting as a first point of contact for incoming callsManaging post and general correspondenceCoordinating travel and accommodationOrganising training and maintaining recordsSupporting document control and complianceManaging security passesAssisting with quality and environmental systemsUpdating website content (full training provided)Providing general office supportConducting DSE assessmentsSupporting as a Fire Warden and First AiderThis is a varied position, and duties may evolve in line with business needs.About YouWe’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and detail-focused, with the ability to manage a busy workload.You will ideally have:Previous experience in an administrative or office-based roleStrong organisation and time management skillsThe ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detailConfident communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and self-motivated approachThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelAdditional InformationWe are committed to supporting all applicants and can provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process if required.
