Office Based – Leeds City Centre

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to build and power our internal technology sales engine. This is a high-activity, revenue-generating role focused on:

  • Outbound prospecting
  • Converting inbound opportunities
  • Supporting corporate and dealer growth

You will work closely with leadership to drive new revenue across both direct corporate clients and dealer partner networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Qualify and convert inbound enquiries into revenue
  • Build pipeline across:
  • Corporate and enterprise organisations
  • Dealer groups and reseller partners
  • Support dealer partners with sourcing, pricing and opportunity development
  • Identify and convert opportunities across:
  • IT hardware and end-user devices
  • Networking and infrastructure
  • AV and collaboration technologies
  • Software and licensing
  • Work with suppliers and OEMs to build competitive quotes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking within CRM
  • Follow up consistently and drive opportunities to close

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in sales, inside sales or a B2B environment
  • High energy, target-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills across phone and written channels
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of margin
  • Ability to engage corporate stakeholders and dealer partners
  • Organised and consistent with follow-up

Desirable

  • Experience in corporate sales or dealer/reseller environments
  • Experience in IT or technology sales
  • Familiarity with distribution and vendor pricing models
