Required Skills & Qualities

What You’ll Receive

We’ll set you up for success. You’ll have a supportive team and exceptional tailored training on a 4‑day (30 hours) induction within the first two weeks of your start date. This will delve deep into all aspects of Virgin Media O2, ensuring you’re well‑prepared to serve our customers.
