Payroll & Accounting Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a specialist function supporting senior stakeholders, with exposure to complex accounting processes, international operations, and partner-level finance. You will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll and accounting services. Working closely with senior finance leadership, youll contribute to core financial processes while helping to enhance systems and workflows. Whats on Offer £40k – £50k salary Hybrid working model (3 office days & 2 from home) Private medical cover and wellbeing support Pension and income protection schemes Generous holiday allowance with flexible options Opportunity to work in a collaborative, international environment Key Responsibilities Oversee monthly partner and retired partner payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Prepare, review, and reconcile payroll data, reports, and journals Manage payment processes including bank transfers and international transactions Act as a key contact for partner payroll queries, providing a high level of service Produce partner statements and support payroll-related cash flow forecasting Perform balance sheet reconciliations across partner-related accounts Manage disbursement accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of balances Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting processes Assist with audit requirements and year-end financial reporting Contribute to process improvements, systems development, and ad-hoc finance projects About You Experience in payroll and/or finance operations, ideally within a professional services environment Part-qualified or qualified accountant (or equivalent experience preferred) Strong Excel and systems skills, with the ability to learn new tools quickly High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Apply below or get in touch with Marc Norton at Artemis Human Capital for full info Skills: Accountant ACA ACCA Benefits: Work From Home…
