Chinese Speaking Office Manager
Salary: c£60k (Negotiable depending on experience).
Work type: Full-time, 12-month fixed‑term contract (potential to renew or convert to a permanent role). Start: ASAP. Location: London.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations
- Liaise with external advisors, including legal and immigration consultants where necessary
- Coordinate international travel itineraries and associated bookings
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (writing and speaking)
- Solid experience as an Office Manager or in a similar hands‑on administrative role
- Experience with UK Sponsor License application(s)
- Familiarity with UK employment law and regulatory frameworks
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
