Key Responsibilities

- Workflow Innovation: Define, implement, and optimize design workflows at scale to support high‑volume production without compromising quality.
- Cross‑Functional Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between design teams, technical stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Operational Excellence: Manage project budgets, negotiate agency fees, and evaluate partner proposals with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Global Strategy: Coordinate with geographically distributed teams to deliver multi‑language content that is both brand‑consistent and culturally relevant.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record in creative production (specifically design, motion, and illustration) within a top‑tier agency or in‑house department.
- Systems Thinking: Demonstrated ability to manage design systems and processes at scale for international brands.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of static and motion specifications, as well as modern design tooling and software.
