Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong employee relations expertise, who can hit the ground running? My client is looking for a hands-on, empathetic HR professional to join their People team and make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the go-to HR advisor for Line Managers, supporting tricky casework as well as day-to-day HR queries.
- Managing full ER casework end-to-end, applying solid knowledge of employment law.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with managers, staff, and unions.
- Providing guidance across multiple sites
- Supporting wellbeing and mental health initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing full ER casework, preferably in a public sector environment.
- Confident working with unions and staff at all levels.
- Ability to listen empathetically, challenge appropriately and provide balanced advice.
- Proactive, can-do attitude – someone who can quickly make a difference.
