About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced recruiting professional to join a leading global organisation as a Partner Recruiting Specialist.
This is a pivotal role supporting senior lateral hiring, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end coordination of senior hiring processes
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Overseeing interview scheduling, logistics, and travel arrangements
- Maintaining and improving recruitment databases and reporting tools
- Supporting offer processes, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Monitoring agency terms and candidate pipelines
- Identifying efficiencies and driving process improvements
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset
Requirements
- Previous experience within professional services or a corporate environment preferred
- Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong systems and database management skills
