European Client Services Associate

Our client is a top tier investment management house. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a European Client Services Associate to join their high-performing Sales team on a permanent basis.

The European Client Services Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Support the team with implementing and developing new sales strategies.
• Be the key contact for new/existing clients and external contacts.
• Responsible for ensuring monthly and quarterly deliverables are actioned within the agreed timeframes.
• Assist the team with developing and improving client services.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all data is up to date.
• Actively contribute on ad-hoc tasks across the team, including preparing materials for client meetings.

The European Client Services Associate will meet the following skillset:

• Relevant experience in client services within the asset management industry.
• Good knowledge of financial products and services.
• Degree educated or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Client-focused outlook is essential.
• Fluency in a European language would be advantageous.
