Senior Associate – Real Estate

A great opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Senior Associate to join a commercially focused real estate practice advising major telecoms operators, infrastructure providers and corporate occupier clients on complex, high-value matters.
This role would suit someone who enjoys nationally scoped work, values client relationships and is looking to take responsibility for quality of service while contributing to wider team development.

The role
Based in Belfast, you’ll advise clients on a broad range of telecoms, infrastructure and occupier-related real estate matters. You’ll support national site portfolios, manage ongoing asset requirements and provide clear, practical advice aligned with clients’ commercial objectives.
The role includes drafting and negotiating leases, licences, code agreements and related documentation, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to continuous improvement across the wider real estate practice. You’ll also play an active role in developing and maintaining key client relationships.
About you
This role would suit a Real Estate Senior Associate who:
- n
- Is a qualified solicitor with experience in a leading real estate team
- Has managed their own caseload of telecoms and/or landlord & tenant matters
- Has a good understanding of the Electronic Communications Code, or is keen to develop expertise in this area
- Is confident, personable and effective in client-facing situations
- Drafts and negotiates accurately and commercially
- Is organised and comfortable managing complex matters with multiple stakeholders
- Enjoys supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team growth
