About the Firm
A highly reputable and well-established law firm based in Telford, Shropshire is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their conveyancing career within a supportive and friendly high street practice.
The Role
In this Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal role, you will provide day-to-day support on a busy residential conveyancing caseload, working closely with an experienced conveyancer.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting on all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions

- n
- Completing standard forms, including Land Registry and SDLT forms
n
- n
- Drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents and correspondence
n
- n
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties
n
- n
- Providing high-quality administrative and legal support throughout the transaction process
n
About You
To be considered for this Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal position, you will:

- Have at least 12 months' experience in a conveyancing role
n
- n
- Possess excellent communication and people skills
n
- n
- Be client-focused and willing to go the extra mile
n
- n
- Be comfortable working in an office-based role
n
- n
