We are a fully private, state-of-the-art dental practice in West London, known for delivering outstanding patient care and clinical excellence. We’re seeking a proactive and professional leader to oversee daily operations, support our skilled clinical team, and drive continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of clinicians, nurses, and front-of-house staff
- Ensure full compliance with CQC, GDC, and all relevant regulations
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and KPI monitoring
- Maintain exceptional patient experience and service standards
- Manage staff recruitment, rotas, appraisals, and training
- Implement and review practice policies and systems to optimise efficiency
- Liaise with suppliers, laboratories, and external partners
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager in a private or mixed dental setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and dental governance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Confident using dental practice management software Dentally
- Financial acumen and experience managing targets and budgets
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused approach
