Production Line Leader

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with an exciting Rotherham based food manufacturer to recruit a Production Line Leader.

Salary: c£38,000

Hours: Monday – Thursday 6am – 6pm

Our client is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic individual, with an enthusiastic approach and the willingness to go the extra mile.

Duties of the Production Line Leader will include:

• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained, people are wearing correct PPE and corrective action is taken where necessary
• Manage Production activity ensuring quality targets are met through the effective use of KPIs
• Ensure staffing levels are correct for requirements
• Ensure GMP and housekeeping standards are always audit ready
• Provide coaching and leadership to all team members, identifying any training needs
• Ensure any production / packing issues are identified and addressed in an efficient manner
• Liaise with Engineering team to ensure appropriate response and ongoing maintenance

We are looking for Production Line Leader will need the following skills/experience:

• Experience working within a Food Manufacturing environment
• Previous leadership experience essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Good organisational skills
• Excel in working within a fast-paced pressurised environment
