This is an exciting fully remote position for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Property Lawyer who thrives on autonomy but values collaboration. Manage your own caseload of residential property matters — including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and new builds — alongside a team of Paralegals. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Contribute to a modern, service-led conveyancing process that values both quality and efficiency.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload. Solid technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and an eye for detail. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Confident using digital case management systems and adaptable to new technology.
