Supporting the team on live recruitment projects (permanent and contract) Learning how to build client relationships and gradually taking on your own accounts Helping to identify new business opportunities alongside senior colleagues 1–3 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house) – any sector, but professional services/tech/finance would be a bonus~ Someone driven, curious, and eager to learn the full 360 recruitment cycle~ A competitive base salary plus industry-leading bonus/commission scheme~6% company pension contribution and 28 days’ holiday as standard~ Exposure to exciting consultancy clients, from boutique firms to global brands~ A collaborative, inclusive team that values diversity in all its forms
