This role is responsible for leading product development for Zesty Paws in Europe — from concept to launch – in close collaboration with marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams. Beyond formulation, the role plays a key part in shaping the innovation strategy through deep understanding of market, consumer, and scientific landscapes, identifying white spaces, and translating insights into new product opportunities
Product Development: work alongside the regulatory, supply chain and marketing teams to take formulations from concept to end product Proven experience in product development or innovation within the pet food or supplement industry Strong analytical mindset, able to assess complex scientific and market data and translate insights into actionable opportunities Strong collaboration and communication skills across marketing, regulatory, and supply teams Minimum 5 years’ experience in product development, formulation, or innovation roles Hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.~ Note: Our current Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
