Being the go-to HR advisor for Line Managers – from tricky casework to day-to-day HR support. Building strong relationships with managers, staff, and unions. Acting as a trusted advisor across multiple sites – Head Office in Southend with occasional travel to other campuses. Supporting mental health initiatives (being prepared to be a Mental Health First Aider is a plus).
