A leading global investment consultancy is seeking a Director to join its Private Markets research team, with a focus on Private Debt . This is a high-impact role supporting institutional investors worldwide with manager selection , investment research , and strategic advisory across the private debt landscape.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading private debt manager selection projects and ongoing monitoring
• Working directly with institutional clients to deliver bespoke investment solutions
• Contributing to product development, investment committees, and model portfolio design
• Supporting business development and thought leadership efforts
• Helping shape the firm’s Private Debt research agenda

Requirements :

• Extensive experience in private debt manager research and selection
• Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills
• Track record of client-facing advisory work with institutional investors
• Degree-level education; CFA, MBA, or PhD desirable
• Leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
