Procurement Manager – Offshore & Renewable Energy Location: Hybrid / Office-based – Hampshire or North Yorkshire
Overview Opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and strengthen the strategic procurement function within a growing offshore and renewable energy division. The role will drive efficiency, value, and sustainable supply chain performance across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic procurement policies and frameworks. Lead supplier negotiations and manage complex, high-value contracts. Build and maintain a resilient, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain. Oversee risk, performance, and commercial governance across all procurement activities. Foster strong relationships with suppliers and contractors across the global energy market.
Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience within energy or infrastructure sectors. Proven leadership and commercial acumen, with success managing large supplier networks. Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation, and risk management. Desirable: Offshore wind or marine logistics experience, cross-border contract management, and international supplier engagement (including APAC).
Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (desirable). Professional accreditation such as CIPS (desirable)….
