Hours: (BASED IN THE NICE NEW OFFICE IN KNUTSFORD)~9-5 Mon-Fri which includes 1 late shift 12-8pm~ 1 in 3 Saturdays 9-5~ Roughly 1 in 15 Sundays 10-4
Achieve department sales conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service. Sale calls to be made in line with the Company’s process and FCA regulations.
Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience. Have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, deliver outstanding Customer care; Be results driven with ability to achieve work towards KPI’s set on production, quality and customer service skills. computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office. Act in a manner that ensures the Customer receives a positive experience of the Company.
Telephone sales experience (preferred minimum of 1 year) Delivering excellent Customer Service Flexible approach with ability to adapt quickly to meet business needs Resilient with a real desire for success and helping others…
