An established and progressive law firm in Walsall is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and expanding Conveyancing team. The Role: Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters. Handle 20–25 new files per month , including standard sales and purchases. Take on more complex files as experience develops. Work within a small, close-knit team of conveyancers, with dedicated support staff shared between fee-earners.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of conveyancing experience , handling your own files. Confident communicator with excellent client care skills. Strong organisational ability and attention to detail. Positive and proactive attitude, with a genuine interest in progression.
