We are currently partnering with an industry leading manufacturing firm based in North Birmingham who are looking to recruit for a HR Generalist with employee relations focus on an initial 6 month FTC. This is a full time role (37.5 hours), will be five days on site and is paying £42k (pro rata).
Assisting with a backlog of open employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness and absence Handling linked administration including note taking at meetings and updating internal records Providing coaching and guidance to hiring managers on ER matters and HR policy Supporting with any generalist HR operations, including inductions, workforce planning, training & development and onboarding advice
Coaching and guiding line managers and ER matters
bonus~ Up to 8% matches pension
