Our client, a quietly confident and highly impressive law firm, is looking for a Head of HR to take on a true number two role, working closely with a brilliant HR Director.
Business professionals are recognised as key contributors – they’re praised, rewarded, and genuinely seen as equals to those who bring in the revenue.
The HR team are fun, grounded, and of course professional when they need to be. They’re highly regarded within the firm, and this role will see you leading the team, shaping the firm’s people strategy, and driving engagement through innovative initiatives across the business.
