Human Resources Projects Manager

Macmillan Davies is working with one of the UK’s leading transport companies as they begin a period of change. We’re looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering a complex organisational review. Leading the HR delivery of an end-to-end organisational review project A confident HR professional with proven experience in complex change projects. You’ll have hands-on experience managing restructures from consultation through to implementation and be comfortable working in a unionised environment.
