Human Resources Project Manager

Macmillan Davies is working with one of the UK’s leading transport companies as they begin a period of change. We’re looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering a complex organisational review.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the HR delivery of an end-to-end organisational review project
• Managing consultations and job matching processes
• Supporting colleagues impacted by change
• Partnering with senior leaders to embed change in a fair and effective way

Who we’re looking for:

A confident HR professional with proven experience in complex change projects. You’ll have hands-on experience managing restructures from consultation through to implementation and be comfortable working in a unionised environment.

This is a contract role that will run for 3 months – based in London.
