MARKETING ANALYST
REMOTE (UK-BASED) – TRAVEL TO LONDON OR LEEDS TWICE A MONTH

THE ROLE
This role is ideal for someone ready to step up from hands-on performance marketing reporting into broader, strategic analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards to deliver clear and actionable insights.
- Analyse marketing performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360, and CM360.
- Use GA4 or Adobe Analytics to connect digital performance with customer behaviour.
- Translate complex data into commercial insights that inform strategy.
- Collaborate with senior strategists to develop integrated marketing measurement frameworks.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2–3 years’ experience in performance marketing or CRM analytics, ideally within an agency.
- Advanced Power BI user, capable of building dashboards from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and Looker Studio.
- Commercial thinker, able to connect data with business outcomes.
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Brandwatch is a plus.
