• Lead engineering projects across the site, managing both internal teams and external stakeholders while driving motivation and performance.
• Define and maintain standards for engineering, installation, signage, and painting; ensure full compliance with legislation and ISO protocols.
• Develop project scopes, obtain cost estimates, track budgets, and report financials to accounting and capital expenditure teams.
• Resolve technical issues using internal resources or external experts, ensuring all supplier solutions meet modern plant requirements.
• Maintain complete project documentation and utilize SAP and other IT systems for procurement, cost tracking, and trend analysis.
• Perform risk assessments, develop SOPs, and manage contractor compliance, including safety permits, inductions, and on-site expectations.
