As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own every stage of the recruitment process, from sourcing and headhunting to building long-term client relationships. Deliver tailored recruitment solutions: contingent, retained, or project-based Candidate Search & Talent Delivery Headhunt and qualify high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and the CRM Market Intelligence & Internal Growth Stay on top of industry trends and talent shifts Build talent pipelines in specialist markets Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to internal projects and training
12–24 months’ experience in 360 recruitment or sales~ Proven track record of billing consistently and winning new clients~ Able to present a clear strategic plan for building a desk in our existing markets or a new niche you’re passionate about~ Clear progression path to building your own desk and/or team.
