This role suits someone with proven experience delivering complex projects from post-acquisition through to construction and completion. With full in-house capability across acquisition, planning, and delivery, they combine commercial focus with a commitment to design quality and community impact.
You’ll lead large-scale developments through all RIBA stages, managing consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards. A strong focus will be on hotel delivery, from planning and procurement to handover.
Oversee projects from feasibility through construction and completion. Lead the design and planning process, securing necessary approvals. Manage procurement, budgets, and contractor performance. Ensure quality, compliance, and risk management across all stages. Proven experience in hotel or hospitality development delivery. Strong project management and commercial acumen. Skilled in managing design, planning, and construction teams. Degree-qualified in a relevant field.
