Insurance Business Process Analyst Specialist | London / Hybrid | Permanent

You’ll be at the heart of redefining workflow — designing smarter, more efficient processes that support next-generation technology rollouts, including AI-driven solutions. If you’re passionate about continuous improvement, business transformation, and helping people embrace change, this is your next move.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support process improvement initiatives across the Insurance business functions

Map and streamline workflows to reduce inefficiencies and enhance customer and employee experiences

Partner with Insurance operational leaders to define and track SLAs, KPIs, and performance outcomes

Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

⚙️ Work closely with digital teams to align processes with new tech and system implementations

What You’ll Bring:

✅ Proven experience in process improvement , BPR, Business analysis , or change management

✅ Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Visio , Excel , or Power BI

✅ Knowledge of Lean , Six Sigma , or similar methodologies

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Insurance or London Market experience a MUST
