We’re looking for two inspiring leaders to help shape and lead this exciting new chapter — creating a safe, supportive, and faith-led environment where lives can be rebuilt and hope restored.

You’re a practicing and professing Christian who leads with faith, compassion, and courage.

Available Roles
IAP Manager
£45,661 per annum | 37 hours per week
Lead our new service with passion and purpose! You’ll bring vision, direction, and faith-based leadership — ensuring excellence in service delivery, positive outcomes for residents, and strong partnerships with probation, police, health, and housing providers.
IAP Deputy Manager
£38,820 per annum | 40 hours per week
Support the running of the service day-to-day, helping residents transition from custody to community life. You’ll motivate staff, promote wellbeing, and lead by example through compassionate, Christ-centred care.
