About the Role:
- Lead and nurture a growing team of talented engineers, empowering them to deliver high-quality, scalable systems behind the company’s flagship digital offerings.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering function.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product and other cross-functional teams to shape and execute on strategic tech initiatives.
- Champion engineering excellence and drive improvements across Agile practices and delivery processes.
