Job Purpose:
To support the efficient operation of the business by accurately loading, transporting, and delivering goods, ensuring all deliveries are completed on schedule and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Delivering in a transit type van to farms and customer premises
· Operate to farm Bio security levels (washing wheels, washing boots before farm entry)
· Responsible for the receipt, unpacking, checking and storage of goods on delivery, and the packing and dispatching of goods to customers
· Assembles goods to satisfy customer orders and arrange delivery when necessary
· Able to drive a FLT to Unloading and loading goods
Qualifications & Experience:
· Clean and full driving licence
· FLT licence (not essential)
Skills & Competencies:
· Good local geographical knowledge of East Anglia
· Reasonable level of numeracy and literacy required.
· IT basic level
· Able to work to ADR Regulations
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5.00pm
