Production Operative/FLT Driver

Pertemps West Bromwich are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative / Forklift Driver on behalf of our well established client based in Oldbury.  Key Responsibilities: Operating a counterbalance forklift truck (FLT) safely and efficientlyLoading and unloading materials and finished goodsAccurately weighing and mixing raw materials according to job specificationsWorking with paint products, including handling, preparation, and storageFollowing production schedules and ensuring deadlines are metMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentAdhering to all health and safety procedures and company policiesAssisting with general warehouse and production duties as required Requirements: Valid counterbalance FLT licence (in-date and accredited)Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environmentExperience working with raw materials, mixing, or paint (desirable)Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyStrong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a teamGood level of physical fitnessAwareness of health and safety practices in an industrial setting   The hours of work for this position are 08:00-17:00 Monday-Thursday with a 13:30 finish on a Friday paying £12.71 per hour.
