We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Records Management Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Leamington Spa facility.In this role, you will play a crucial role in the secure and efficient management of client records. This position combines specialised VNA operation with general warehouse duties, ensuring the precise handling, storage, and retrieval of sensitive documents within a secure environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be vital in supporting our logistics and records management services throughout the UK and Ireland.Key Responsibilities:Operate VNA trucks to safely move and store client records and assets with accuracy and precision.Perform timely and accurate loading, unloading, and retrieval of documents and pallets according to specified requests and security protocols.Maintain up-to-date inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper documentation.Input and update information in the database accurately and efficiently.Ensure the integrity and accuracy of records, conducting checks to guarantee compliance with company standards.Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.Provide excellent service to clients by responding to requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to after-hours emergencies and ensuring continued operational efficiency.
