THE ROLE

• We’re looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their property and transactions team.
• Whether you’re fresh out of your LPC, a few years into your paralegal career, or an experienced hand looking for a firm where you’ll actually be stretched — we want to hear from you.
• This is a fully office-based role at our Bromsgrove Technology Park office. You need to be within commutable distance — this isn’t a role you can do from a kitchen table, and that’s by design. The learning happens in the room.

You’ll be working across:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals — single sites and multi-unit portfolios
• Lease negotiations, assignments, renewals and landlord & tenant matters
• Secured lending — loan documentation, Land Registry and Companies House registrations
• Specialist leisure and care sector transactions (a genuine niche — you won’t find this everywhere)
• Supporting partners directly — this is all-work, no-filing-cabinet

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re open on experience — what matters more is attitude. You’ll thrive here if you’re organised, curious and genuinely interested in commercial property law rather than just looking for a job in law.

You’ll bring:

• A law degree, LPC, CILEX qualification or equivalent paralegal experience
• An interest in (or experience of) commercial property — leases, acquisitions, Land Registry
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A professional, confident manner with clients — our clients are businesses, not individuals
• Commutable distance to Bromsgrove — office presence is essential and non-negotiable
