Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Global Account Manager to join our team at our on-site location in the Greater Colchester Area. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing and developing relationships with global clients, identifying and executing strategic account growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Global Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs, oversee account performance, and identify key market trends to enhance business strategies. This role requires regular coordination with international stakeholders and occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Client Relations: Expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and managing accounts on a global scale.
  • Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales goals.
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Experience in analyzing market trends, creating business strategies, and implementing effective solutions to drive results.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to assess challenges, resolve client issues, and make data-driven decisions to meet objectives.
  • Experienced in CRM tools and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with global business practices is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in international markets or global account management is a strong plus.
