We are currently supporting the appointment of a Store Manager for a considered, high-profile retail location in London, a role that sits at the intersection of commercial performance and people leadership.

This is a pivotal position, responsible for shaping performance, guiding and developing a sizeable team, and delivering a consistently elevated customer experience within a dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, ideally within a flagship or high-profile retail environment
  • A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate this into clear actions
  • Experience leading larger teams, with a focus on development, engagement, and retention
  • A leadership style that is both people-focused and results-driven
  • A natural ability to build and maintain client relationships, with an understanding of client development and loyalty
  • Confident in managing operational aspects of a store, with strong attention to detail
  • Composed, adaptable, and able to navigate a fast-paced environment with ease
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and credible presence

Offering

  • A highly competitive salary, in the region of £70,000–£75,000
