BI Reporting Analyst II – Contract Opportunity
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Our client is looking for a talented BI Reporting Analyst to join their team on a 6–12 month contract, supporting data-driven decision-making across customer success and growth functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards to track retention and revenue performance
- Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for data integration
- Analyse A/B testing results and provide actionable insights
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine reporting
- Present insights to stakeholders and ensure data accuracy and governance
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with call center data, including understanding of metrics and KPIs relevant to call center operations.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with web data and understanding of digital support tools and KPIs.
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with Tableau, QlikSense, or similar BI tools
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and data modelling
