Senior Product Designer – Would you like the opportunity to work for a fast-growing organisation where you will own the end-to-end user experience of a complex B2B platform? This is a hands-on role with significant ownership. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering from discovery through delivery, designing workflows that help users navigate data-heavy, regulated processes with confidence. You’ll also help shape how UX is practised as the product and team scale.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll contribute to a clear UX vision aligned with product strategy while also identifying and prioritising high-impact UX improvements (e.g. navigation, data entry, risk workflows, dashboards). This opportunity is suitable for someone who has either worked as a Founding Product Designer or within smaller teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product design / UX.
- Strong experience designing complex B2B or data-heavy products.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end product experiences.
